Jeremy: Former Revenue Operations Director at BombBomb turned real estate investor. I believe in systems, automation, and deals that make sense on paper.

Julie: Licensed Realtor with EXIT Realty and fellow investor. She’s featured in our seller marketing because people trust her approach.

Why small-town Wisconsin? Better numbers, less competition, and communities where a handshake still means something. We focus on Monroe, Green County, and Lafayette County markets.
